What does "vintage" mean?
All pieces in our collection are authentic vintage items, at least 20 years old. Each has been carefully curated for its design heritage, craftsmanship, and timeless appeal.
How do you verify authenticity?
Every piece is examined for maker's marks, signatures, production techniques, and design characteristics. We document provenance and provide detailed condition reports for transparency.
What is patina and why is it valued?
Patina refers to the natural aging process that gives vintage pieces their unique character—subtle color shifts, gentle wear, and the marks of time. These are signs of authenticity and history, not flaws.

Where do you ship?
We ship throughout France, Spain, and the European Union.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order weight. Free shipping on orders over €300.
How long does delivery take?
- France: 3-5 business days
- Spain & EU: 5-7 business days
How do you package fragile items?
Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected for safe transit. In keeping with our circular philosophy, we reuse packaging materials whenever possible—it may not always be the prettiest, but it's always secure and sustainable. Every vintage piece deserves a second life, and so does our packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return items in their original condition. Please contact us before initiating a return.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Are there any exceptions?
Due to the unique nature of vintage pieces, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Damage during return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How should I clean vintage ceramics and glassware?
Hand wash gently with mild soap and warm water. Avoid dishwashers, abrasive cleaners, and extreme temperature changes.
How do I preserve my vintage pieces?
Display away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Handle with care and store securely when not in use.

Never use harsh chemicals, microwave vintage ceramics, or expose pieces to sudden temperature shifts.
