Packaging & Care
All items are carefully packaged with high-quality protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Given the unique and vintage nature of our pieces, extra attention is paid to protection during transit. Whenever possible, we reuse packaging materials to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Customers will be notified in case of longer shipping time.
Local Pickup in Hendaye
Do you live in the Hendaye area? We offer local pickup by appointment. Contact us at contact@circularnordicvintage.com to coordinate the pickup of your order.
Shipping Rates
We ship worldwide via UPS with full insurance and tracking.

• European Union: €20 (fixed rate)
• United Kingdom: €30
• United States: €60
• Rest of World: €70
For orders outside the European Union, shipping costs are estimated based on standard package dimensions (3-7kg). For lightweight items, we may refund the difference after dispatch. For heavier packages (>8kg), we'll confirm the final shipping cost before dispatch.

Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applied by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
